Sales Agreements

A sample copy of our standard sales agreement can be obtained on request.  We want to work with our families, are happy to answer questions, and can ‘customize’ a sales agreement for you.  You will be asked to sign the agreement the day you receive your puppy and you will receive a copy for your records.  Our agreement covers health, housing, warranties, buyer and seller responsibilities, training and expectations.  Our sales agreement states emphatically that we TAKE BACK any dog we breed FOR IT'S LIFETIME.   All pet puppies are sold on limited registration with a spay / neuter agreement.
